How to Book

PRICES ARE BASED ON A MAXIMUM OF 6 OCCUPANTS IN THREE BEDROOMS, PLUS A BABY.

 

BUTLINS PASSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SPRING HARVEST AND THE ELIM CONFERENCE) AND EACH PARTY MEMBER WILL BE ISSUED WITH A NAMED PASS WHEN CHECKING IN. IT IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT THAT ALL PARTY MEMBERS ARE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM

 

A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required on all bookings, which can be paid by debit/credit card (via PayPal), cheque, postal order or bank transfer. This deposit must be returned with a completed booking form within 7 days. The booking form can be sent to you via e-mail, fax or post.

 

Please note that if paying by debit or credit card via PayPal, you do not have to have to be a member of PayPal  to use this method of payment. There will be a charge of 2.5% if paying by this method. We apologise for this but, due to the increased number of people paying by this method, we were incurring a lot of charges. We didn’t want to increase our rental prices to cover these charges, as it is unfair to the people who don’t pay by credit or debit card, so we decided this was the fairest way.

 

Last minute bookings can only be accepted if payment is made by debit or credit card via PayPal.

 

Once your deposit and completed booking form have been received, confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.

 

The balance, and security deposit of £100, will be due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please note that we do not take uncashed cheques for the security deposit as these can easily be cancelled, or even bounce! There are, unfortunately, some dishonourable people on this planet.

 

Instructions for key collection, etc, will be sent to you approx. 7  -  10 days before the holiday start date. Any amendments/additions to party members’ names will need to be advised prior to this.

 

The security deposit will be returned within 14 days after your stay, providing there has been no damage, breakages, etc, as per the Booking Terms.

 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT ONE PARTY MEMBER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE ON ALL FAMILY BREAKS, AND ALL PARTY MEMBERS MUST BE 30 AND OVER ON THE ADULT WEEKEND BREAKS.
