How to Book

For bookings more than 8 weeks away, a booking deposit will be required of £100 for breaks of 6 days or less, or £150 for breaks of 7 days or more. This can be paid by debit/credit card (via PayPal), cheque, postal order or bank transfer. This must be returned with a completed booking form within 7 days. The booking form can be sent to you via e-mail or post.  If the holiday start date is less than 8 weeks away, the full amount will be due.

Please note that the £100 refundable security deposit is due on all bookings, which is paid with the balance or full amount, 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

If paying by debit or credit card via PayPal, you do not have to have to be a member of PayPal to use this method of payment, however, there will be a charge of 2.5% if paying by this method.  

Last minute bookings can only be accepted if payment is made by debit or credit card via PayPal or instant bank transfer.

Once your deposit and completed booking form have been received, confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.  The balance, and security deposit of £100, will be due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please note that we do not take uncashed cheques for the security deposit as these can easily be cancelled, or even bounce.  Instructions for key collection, etc, will be sent to you approx. 7  -  10 days before the holiday start date. Any amendments/additions to party members’ names will need to be advised prior to this. 

The security deposit will be returned within 14 days after your stay, providing there has been no damage, breakages, etc, as per the Booking Terms. 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT ONE PARTY MEMBER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE ON ALL FAMILY BREAKS. FOR ADULT BREAKS, ALL PARTY MEMBERS MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MALE-ONLY GROUPS.
